Tee Time Detail

CANCELLATION POLICY

Public (non-cardholder) tee times have a 72-hour cancellation or change option EXCEPT for 18 Hole Non-cancelable/changeable times. Black Tee and White Tee cardholders have a 24-hour cancellation or change option. If you need to cancel or reduce the number of players in your group, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your tee time. If the tee time is not canceled in the 72-hour window (24 hours for cardholders) the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the tee time. Please make sure to ask for cancellation number when canceling.
In the event of inclement weather, please contact the Golf Shop prior to your scheduled tee time.
If we do not receive your cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged to your credit card.

For Customers who have booked a 36 Hole Special, after booking your first round online, call the Golf Shop to book your second round at (480) 502-1800.

All rates are subject to a 5% Course Water Resource Fee (CWR).

HOURS

Both courses will close at dark.

PACE OF PLAY

Please expect a 4 hour 30 minute pace of play. Pace of Play should not exceed 15 mins per hole or 4 hours and 30 minutes for 18 holes.

GUEST DECORUM

All guests shall treat other guests and club employees with respect and dignity. Any behavior deemed to the contrary by club staff, such as but not limited to engaging in offensive, harassing or other inappropriate conduct will not be permitted. Violating this policy will affect privileges, which may include suspension and/or termination thereof.

DRESS CODE

Guests are asked to wear a collared shirt (golf shirts or mock necks), no cutoffs, t-shirts, jeans or denim allowed.

CLUBS/RENTAL CLUBS

Each golfer is required to have their own set of clubs. Ping Clubs are available for rent which include two sleeves of Titleist Golf Balls and a Ping Glove.

OUTSIDE BEVERAGE POLICY

Outside alcohol beverages are not allowed to be brought onto the property. Alcohol not purchased from the golf club will be confiscated. Patrons not complying will be required to leave and fees forfeited. By proceeding below, customer agrees to abide by the cancellation policy.

CARTS

Each tee time is allotted 2 carts. Individual carts can be purchased for $50 based on availability.

JUNIOR GOLF

Grayhawk welcomes junior golfers! Those 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please call the golf shop (480.502.1800) for any additional clarification.
